Charged TM candidates

Which of these would you use a charged TM on:

15/15/12 counter close combat Machamp L30 (my reservation is that I don't know much about DP/Close combat comparisons in the other games so I'm not sure if DP will be better in future move changes. This is my only CC one, but my second best IV machamp)

13/09/15 karate chop/cross chop machamp L30 (my only legacy, again, hesitant due to possibility of CC/DP rebalances possibly)

14/10/15 dt outrage gyarados L30 (I have 3 bite/hydro gyarados at this level, should I just keep one DT/OR? I also have a perfect DT/DP at level 37)

15/15/10 bite crunch gyarados L30 (my only Bite crunch but then I have 3 bite crunch ttar)

15/14/13 golem MS/EQ L30 (I have 1 level 37 and 3 level 30 Rhydon, but equally I have 5 Level 30 rock golem, but max IV 91 and none 15 att. If this gets stone edge, it will be my best golem)

Vaporeon with Aqua tail Level 30: 15/15/4 and 10/14/08. I have 2 HP vaporeon at Level 30 both with 15 att.

Golem's only purpose is as a rock attacker, if you'd ask me. Rhydon's ground set is better than Golem's as its attack is higher, but neither Rhydon nor Tyranitar have double rock so that's Golem's niche. Then again, you have not that many Rhydon so that Golem can still serve as a ground attacker if need be.

That Machamp would be a nice contender for the cTM too, but gen 3 might change how CC fares compared to DP.

Maybe just leave it as it is for now.

I'd go for DP on the first Machamp. C/CL in simulations is about 90% in effectiveness of C/DP, looking at time to kill vs Tyranitar.

I'd keep KC/XC as it is, even though KC/DP is better currently. See what changes Gen 3 makes. I doubt they'd buff DP when it's the best fighting charge move right now, and KC/DP performs slightly worse than C/DP, so I don't think it's worth getting rid of a legacy move to get a moveset that still gets outclassed by a current moveset.

Wouldn't bother with using TMs on Gyarados. It's not strongest in it's niche with any of it's movesets.

Water attacker, outclassed by Vaporeon, Dragon-type attacker outclassed by Dragonite, Dragonite-counter outclassed by most ice Pokemon, dark attacker outclassed by Tyranitar even against Focus Blast.

As for the Golem, if you've already had Raikou raids, TM both moves. Otherwise I would use it until Raikou switches region.

I'd keep Aqua Tail even though I'm suggesting to get rid of Close Combat for Dynamic Punch on Machamp which might seem like they're similar situations - both are slightly subpar moves compared to the best, but Aqua Tail is closer in effectiveness to Hydro Pump and has the advantage of being 3-bar.

Only Kc/cc machamp.
I wouldn't change gyarados, golem and vaporeon.
I almost never use my gyarados and vaporeons.
I would change golem if you already had raikou in your region, but don't think a 6th rock golem is necessary.

I would change the Golem, last weekend I caught a 1000 Geodude that I made into a 2464 RT/SE on the initial evolve. I had a 2452 RT/RB as my best one previously; 2438 RB; 2431 SE; 2420 SE; etc etc. Golem is an important Pokémon and you can make your best one. Let the Rhydons cover the ground. The other options either don't help that much and/or have potential immediate negative outcomes (water pulse/heavy slam)

If you are asking based on speculations of possible future power level changes, then there is not really any way to tell. Power level in main series games can be a general indicator for power level in Go, but there are plenty of moves that do not match.
