Charge TM, and what to use it on
I got my very first TM today, and it's a charge TM.
Which is the best bet to use it on?
Option 1:
D'nite 100IV, 3300CP, DB/HB, level 34.5, Should get either Hu or O to go with the legacy DB.
Option 2:
D'nite 91IV, 3032CP, DT/HB, Level 30, Should be guaranteed Hu or O (Have 68 candy, so can power it up)
Option 3:
T'Tar 93IV, 2499CP, B/FB, level 24, could get Crunch, but could get SE. Don't have much candy, either.

I'm not so sure this is right. Watch funkysho attack into alakazam with maxed dnites and Tyranitar. The generalist dnite is his weak link. I'm all for giving the Tm to a perfect dragon with DB, but it's not because he's more effective than ttar against bosses.
I say your perfect dnite for the win because of resources.
The first option seems like a no-brainer. It's a powered-up 100% IV Dragonite, currently with a subpar charge move. You are guaranteed to have an amazing moveset after the use of the single TM (personally, I'd love to have DB/H for the speed, but DB/O would be awesome as well). It would be an easy choice for me.
Due to the gym rework, dragonite is a good attacker, but is not very useful againts the raid bosses, and to be honest, you can take down any gym with any pokemon line up, so I would use the tm on that tyra, because is going to be very useful against lapras and some psychic legendaries, nearly to come, by the way
I am lost, Lapras with Water Gun/ Hydro Pump would bury a Ttar. It is even hard to do a raid against an Alakazam just because if it has Focus Blast you can say bye bye..... As for Dnite he is the best generalist attacker..... Also Hurricane would provide an ideal attacker against a Machamp Raid. Also, Mewtwo may have Focus Blast. Better prepare to have bug and other dark types as well because Tyranitar will be good but not amazing come legendary time.
I vote option (1) because it's 100%...
(3) is "nice", but it's only level 24, you have no candies to do much with it and Tyranitar is still a raid boss so you may get more or or a higher IV one...If this was obtained at level 20, I wouldn't even bothering leveling it up yet unless you can take it all the way to Level 30 at least...
1 or 2. Dragon Tail outputs a bit more damage than Dragon Breath but Dragon Breath has better flexibility with dodging.
Sometimes you do want to dodge a boss' charge move if it means you're able to get another charge move off. Sure you lose a second or two of quick move DPS but that's more than offset by the damage a charge move deals.
Neither are bad choices so it just comes to preference. Personally I would rather have a DB/O Dragonite over a DT/O, despite it dealing slightly less damage since I'm a stickler for dodging, but both are great choices since you have candies to power up the lower level one too.
The Tyranitar would be a better option if you had the candies in my opinion. Tyranitar is an optimal / supreme counter to two raid bosses - Alakazam and Gengar - while Dragonite is not a supreme counter to anything.
That is not to say Dragonite is bad, because it definitely is not. It probably still is the top 5 against most Pokemon besides an ice Lapras, it just isn't the #1 for every matchup anymore.
Unless you're really active (or unlucky with TMs), I think that you will get another charge TM before you get enough candies to power up the Tyranitar to level 34.5, so using it on a Pokemon that will be useful immediately is better than using it on a Pokemon that still won't be useful until powered up in the future.
None of the above. Save a few charge and fast TMs so if you catch something legendary with a crap moveset, you can fix it. Once you get 3-4 TMs (either type), then think about using them on mons you have now.
That said, all three candidates are solid - HB for Dnite and FB for Ttar both are third rate. Just wait until you get a few more - won't take too long. I've done eight successful raids (free player) and have gotten 5 fast TMs (but no CMs yet).
