Charge move PvP update

I was playing around with PvP and was wondering, since overcharging is a thing, can I overcharge one bar moves? You can. You can overcharge one bar moves like Draco Meteor.

I Completely destroyed a friend of mine with 4 (!!!) Draco Meteors in a row. Obviously I was shieldless because I had to protect my Dragonite to stay in the battle long enough to generate the energy for 4 Draco Meteors

It's because there's a max of 100 energy stored, but moves cost between 35 and 80 energy to perform. I routinely overcharge shadow ball.

Can confirm! Just used a zapdos with zap cannon and charged up 4 in a row too. That requires 300 energy just like Draco Meteor would. Must be no energy cap?

The one exception to that is Struggle, the worst charge move in the game, which costs 100 energy and has power 35. Contrast with Draco Meteor, which costs 75 energy for 150 power.

Every other move (according to the data I got from Silph Road) has an energy cost between 35 (many 3 bars) and 80 (some 1 bars).
