This Chansey any good?

I have level 20 legacy Chansey with pound / Psybeam.

Psybeam hits fast (like psychic) and its 2 bar move.
I would need to reroll fast move into zen headbutt.

Anyone think Zen Headbutt / Psybeam Chansey has any value or is dazzling gleam must to have????
