Change hidden power to different type?

There has been quite a bit of research on this. The answer seems to be "no".

Apparently not.
So i used a fTM on the suicune i contemplate to finaly power up to see what it's hidden power is.
It turned out to be water which was good enough for me.
Maybe if new fast Attack moves will be added in the future to pokemon with a hidden power option this may change.
But for now im afraid we are all stuck with what we got.
