Change in egg hatchlings?

I just hatched a larvitar. I was excited hoping it was something I could evolve at some point. But it's only a 68% iv. I don't think I've ever hatched anything that low. Did something change?

Nope just very unlucky. Individual IVs are random between 10-15... you prob got 2 10s and an 11.

That's a very, very bad hatch, but since you already have 160 Lavitar candies you can transfer that one to add to the pile or walk it as a buddy to evolve/power up the next high IV Lavitar you encounter.
