Change in candy from feeding?

Since the event started I only got candies when feeding my Mons and not others, has anyone else noticed it?

No, I mostly got candies from feeding Pokemon's of others

I never get any candy, but I've fed hundreds. I would have noticed at some point. I guess it's the similar to not getting any 100% IV (got one in a year time, a raid Muk).

How many berries are you feeding?

I fed 3000 total, been getting candies at ~1/100 rate.
