caught a Dragonair A15 D15 HP1, should I evolve?

Do you have any dratinis (with good IVs)? How easy is it for you to find some?

I personally wouldn't evolve him but if you can't barely find any dratini and if it's your 1st Dragonite you may consider it, if not keep your candies for something better.

What level is he?

HP1? Toothless in the end. I would not evolve and save those precious candies...

Tbh, when we are talking about 3 separate stats here, 1/3rd of them being terrible is a big deal.

If it was like...10 different stats, and 1 or 2 of them was bad, it wouldn't be a big of a deal in that case.

However like i said...its 1 of the 3 stats. and as low as it gets.

so, IMO Its a no.

To kinda explain my thinking:

In total you are 14 IV points missing/away from 'perfect'/100%

If you went out now and found a Dratini with 14/11/12
for example

you would be 8 away..quite abit better

(aka you could quite easily hatch a better one)

Trophy storage space candies to bring it up w/ the 100 evolution cost and not knowing the movesets post evo is way too risky for me.
