Catching weather buffed mon
Initial reports were that weather buffed mon could be caught at higher levels than normal. So if one was level 20, one could theoretically catch a level 22 in the wild. Does the weather buff allow catching a level 25-27 for the same player?
I'm at 36 now, and have caught up to 35, which I think is the new max for wild catches with weather buffs. Not sure what happens at lower levels. Any word on that?

I caught a 14/15/14 766cp larvitar level 30; immediately evolved into a 3127 B/SE...10 minutes later battled a Tyranitar raid boss, finally some clouds in the sky...buffed it to 2558cp 14/10/11 level 25 B/C. Caught a level 35 Geodude five minutes after that but 12/8/10; only have 140 Geodude candies, wish I had 1000 candies
