Catching bad iv's

Same to me. I can't evolve my 3rd and 4th Dragonite becuase of this.

Yeah, over the last weeks I've noticed that wild mons are coming with really low IVs

Well, few hours ago i caught one Eevee with 915cp and 95.6% iv and one Bulbasaur with 708cp and 86.7% iv. Not that bad for me.

Yes, they seem to have nerfed the wild mons. I think they've also slightly nerfed the hatchlings too. I used to get full IV every time (lev 26), but now i'm getting a bunch that are at what i call the 'meh' level-- not perfect but not heinous either. Very disappointing because i got all this ghastly candy to evolve and not a single one worth evolving. Same for other mons. They also seemed to have ratcheted down spawn rates. During event i could catch 1-3 from my house daily. Now, back to nothing.

I got a lot of 80%+ during the Halloween event, but since then they have been significantly lower overall.

I've noticed eggs have been getting steadily worse for a while now.

I haven't done any rigorous analysis, but I've been getting a fair number of "pretty strong" (60-80%) pokemon, along with the usual amount of decent and needs improvement ones. I have noticed that 82%+ pokemon are rarer in the wild though. And, come to think of it, a lot of my eggs have been only "pretty strong" as of late too...
