Candy needed to level 30?

For my level 24.5 dragonite?
And how can I know it?

I'm not sure. But there's plenty of other ways you can very easily find out.

Simply enter its stats into an iv calculator for example, tells you the dust and candy requirements to power up to certain levels.

No. For any pokemon from level 24.5 to level 30, 41 candy is required. There is no more information or calculators needed.

Evolve is an option, just don't click it.

On this website, look for the "Power Up Costs" under Tools menu ( https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/power-up-costs ).
From that table, look under the column "Cumulative / Candy"
For level 30, you will see Lvl 30 requires 126 candy
Subtract the level you are at: 24.5 requires 84

So there's your answer: 42 candies required!

Answer to everything else, except for this question. 41 candies is required from level 24,5 to 30.

It is actually 41, not 42. I think you misread the table just a little, but that's because the table is a bit misleading. The power up cost on each row is actually how much it will cost at that level and not how much it will cost to power up to that level.

24,5 -> 25 = 3 candies
25 -> 25,5 = 3 candies
25,5 -> 26 = 3 candies
26 -> 26,5 = 4 candies
26,5 -> 27 = 4 candies
27 -> 27,5 = 4 candies
27,5 -> 28 = 4 candies
28 -> 28,5 = 4 candies
28,5 -> 29 = 4 candies
29 -> 29,5 = 4 candies
29,5 -> 30 = 4 candies

3(3) + 8(4) = 41 candies
