Can you get Max Revives from pokestops?

Yes you can. I got one yesterday. They just seem to be rare.

I am level 31 now, and i got max revives from two level ups and i get one from pokestop from time to time. It is not too often.
I have found 12 from pokestops until now.

I seem to get one or two a week, but that's hitting a good number of stops.

I am level 32 (+200k xp) with 61 of them. 40 come from levelling rewards and I have never used one since it's always been more efficient inventory wise to use a revive and healing potions - so 21 in the last 2 levels.

I now have 78 but i been using few of them, maybe i have gain total 90 or 100 during levels 30-33. (wild guess)

I am trainer level 33. I have theorized that the higher level you get the high probability you have of acquiring certain items. For example I get a ton of great balls now for some reason (150+ a week) when in the past say levels 20-25...I didn't get 150 during that entire span from stops. Just my theory.
