Can't Power Up Rhyperior

Yeah, someone posted earlier about not being able to power up Kyogre, but it works for me somehow.

Mine won't let me power-up Rhyperior. I tap the button, it registers, but never shows me the confirmation screen. Is anyone else experiencing this too?

Take him out of the pvp team and see if that works

Yeah, it's to prevent powering it by mistake and making it ineligible for that specific league.

Niantic has recognized this as a bug though. What they should do is gray out the button if powering it up would knock it out of its league and display a message when tapping it that it needs to be removed from its limiting party first.
