I caught one in the wild with 1650 cp and ZH/ Gyro Ball.

He looks fun! I wanna put him in gyms because of utters.
I also havent tested him out at all.. but idk. moooooooo

There. Fixed that for you. All milktanks are female, just like Chansey, Blissey, and Lapris.
