Bulk Ratings

I am curious to see how much "bulk" pokemon have and I figured I'd share my findings here in case anyone else wanted to see. I will be listing the range of bulk for each mon based on their base stats as follows: (Base_DEFBase_STA),((Base_DEF+15)(Base_STA+15)). These ratings does not take level or typing into account.
