Breakpoint's that are impossible for 14 attack or even 13

Both Espeon and Zam with confusion would have a final point break vs machamp and gengar that 13 attack wouldn't.

I know there is another where only attack 15 gets the extra point, but can't think of it.

The issue is stardust.

You don't get credit for how much HP you have left at the end of a battle. Having 15 ATK means you can save your dust for hopefully another mon with ATK 15.

I know Raikou hits a final breakpoint against a Vaporeon raid only with 15 attack at level 39.

In general, if you have a mon with 14 attack powered up to level 39, it's going to do such incredible damage that it seems that one more breakpoint would hardly make a reasonable difference. I know it could though so it's an interesting question.

Tyranitar with 15 ATK at level 40 has a breakpoint against Entei, when Bite goes from 5 to 6.

Dragonite with 15 ATK at level 40 has a breakpoint against Suicune, when Dragon Tail goes from 10 to 11.

Dragonite with 15 ATK at level 39 has a breakpoint against Entei as well, when Dragon Tail goes from 13 to 14.

Good question. I tried to bring this point in the past unsuccessfully. In most cases 14 attack works exactly the same as 15, at max level. Some of the examples others gave state so. I wouldn't be so happy with 13 attack. The hassle is that we have to check each individual case and it may change when new bosses are added.

Dragonite with 13 attack does not reach dragon tail final breakpoint at 39 vs. Raikou. 14 att does it
