Blissey w/ZH-Psychic
What is a good use for her? Worst moveset for Blissey.
I'm thinking taking it into gyms to practice dodging - she can take a ton of hits.

IMO, Blissey is about timing out your opponent rather than killing him.
Forcing opponent to change attacker or to dodge is good for time out.
Another aspect: If Blissey does a lot of damage, it makes attacker need more potions, sometimes revives. This is the other deterrend aspect on her.
So i think, her damage is important. But i would max a psychic one out too, if it had a good ATT-Stat.
Yeah I agree with all of this. Everyone talks about HB being bad because it's so easy to dodge, but I think it also wastes more of the defender's time, which helps with the time out. Psy may have the advantage that it lands more often than HB, but I'm not sure if that's a blessing in disguise for the attacker.
Either way, still worth powering up IMO.
It is not the worst moveset, Pound/Psychic is worse.
While I would power up ZH/DG, P/DG and ZH/H
without hesitation, ZH/P depends on whether you have good alternatives or not.
If the attacker knows that the defender is a ZH/P Blissey, he/she can easily exploit it by attacking with Alakazam/Espeon. (the 0.8 damage vs psychic makes these glass cannon psychic type attackers far better)
I evolved two Blissies and they all came out as Pound/Psychic, but I powered them max (I'm level 35) and put them in gyms. They stay there for a week now. Maybe because I choose remote area gyms, but it's also because of ppl scare of/don't want to waste time for level 9/10 gyms with lot of Blissies and Snorlaxes.
