blissey vs tyranitar
i've only evolved one blissey and it got ZH/DG. its 2800+ now. i've caught a wild 2000CP blissey with 40% IV and ZH/P. And have one high IV chansey + 6 chansey eggs.
I just evolved my first tyranitar and it got Bite/stone Edge. Got all my candies from eggs. its lvl 20 and got 6 candies.
What should i go for as a buddy? chansey or a larvitar?

According to silph road and it's recent egg-hatching chart (from march, second image) larvitar is twice is likely to hatch from a 10km egg compared to Chansey.
From that alone, I would choose Chansey. Even with the gym rework coming up, the only reason I could see Blissey becoming an obsolete defender is if Niantic imposes a rule where a player can only put one of a species in any gym, i.e., if you had say three Blisseys, as long as one is in a gym, the other two would not be allowed.
That being said, I also see the advantage of walking larvitar in order to max out Tyranitar. One possibility is to walk with Larvitar until your Tyranitar becomes Reptar, and then make chansey/blissey your buddy.
I think you're comparing an attacker with defenders (unless your high IV Chansey evolves eventually to P/HB), which may help your decision. Which do you want? I have one Tyrant & it has B/SE, & at 3500 CP or so it sits above everything else. It has weaknesses, but it's in just about every gym battle one way or another. I have 3 Blissey, one with P/HB, which is part of the "wall" when taking on multi level gyms, & the others go into gyms. There's lots of defenders, not many great attackers, & everything's vulnerable. Depends on your circumstances, gym reworks notwithstanding.
