Blissey Question....

Currently, psychic seems to get a bad rep on blissey (on both offense and defense) but once pvp is introduced, it may have some value?

Psychic does hamper it, attacks to seldom. A decent vape and even below CP Alakazam (with FB, but still) can take it out. Both these usually runs out of time or gets KO if facing HB/DG.

Edit: imo ofc, blissey is still blissey though

My Blissey have the same moveset, Psychic moves can kill Fighting type and with any moveset she still better than almost any other defender. Besides this, in my area Chansey is ultra rare, so i cant get easily 50 candies to try again and maybe get the same moveset or Pound-Psychic ~the worst. I will keep powering it up untill at least 2700CP then i will start working in another (2305CP actually).
So, IMO if you can get Chansey Candy easily, dont power a ZH-Psy Blissey and try again, but if it is very very rare like in my area, go for it and enjoy a great defender before she get a nerf.

Second thought You should power it up. Niantic will most likely within 3 months change everything; giving people having Zh/dg f*** all and psychic a 3 bar move

That's definitely not the best set you could have gotten. However Blissey is a good defender, not because of how much damage she puts out, but because she is ridiculously tough. Your Blissey will still be a massive pain to somebody if you power it up.
