Blissey powerup

I think I might have asked this before but I have a 1880 cp blissey 42% ivs 10/0/9 zh/hb. At the moment I have 65 candies so enough to power it up a fair way however is it worth it due to bad ivs? I'm obviously waiting to hatch a good Iv chancey but I still haven't in months and this way I save 50 candy as I don't need to evolve.. What would you do ? :)

I would wait personally....but it depends how deperately you need a defender.

Maybe wait for a better hatch if you are looking for a high CP defender.

I'd keep it as a prestiger and wait for another one to power up as a defender.

I would wait for a better hatch.. 0 ATK = very low CP Blissey

What's the moveset? If it's got Dazzling Gleam I might power it up despite the poor IV's. Otherwise I'd keep it as a quite effective (but slow) prestiger and wait for a better Chansey hatch.

dont.if it have 15 hp and 15 defense then go power up but it doesnt have that iv. bad iv dont waste candy in that one

You need attack IV to be good over def of hp when talking about Blissey

I wouldn't power up at all. Unless is 82% or more. It's a hard pokemon to get candy so wait.. wait until neccessary. I have a 55% snorlax 1400cp.. I don't give a crap.. He is bad CP I wont' waste 55 precious candy I have in it... I don't know when will I find a snorlax again.. in my life :D

with 0 attack: transfer when next double candy event happens
