Blissey Power Up
Hey guys! Just caught a CP 2114 Blissey with Zen Headbutt and Hyper Beam. 53% IVs (HP & Attack - 5 and Defense - 14). I only have 20 Chansey Candy and these guys are really really hard to find in my area (2 Chanseys and this Blissey). Also, I've never hatched a Chansey :|. Should I power it up? Thanks!

I would then focus on this Blissey.
Its currently best defender hands down.
I have played this game since release and my first 82% IV cp1300+ Chansey is missing only 12 candys anymore for evolve and only missing 2 power ups.
My level 34.
And my other Chanseys are 82%, 78% and 67%.
Above information i give you is without any spoofing or trackers and in small city with only 7k ppl.
This is not best place to play.
Also here is winter so i havent been very active in many month.
