Blissey Power Up

Hey guys! Just caught a CP 2114 Blissey with Zen Headbutt and Hyper Beam. 53% IVs (HP & Attack - 5 and Defense - 14). I only have 20 Chansey Candy and these guys are really really hard to find in my area (2 Chanseys and this Blissey). Also, I've never hatched a Chansey :|. Should I power it up? Thanks!

Simply said, no. With only 5 Atk IV, it will not be a lot higher than an Espeon or a Donphan. Walk her as a buddy though und just wait for a hatch, its gonna come to you sooner or later. :)
