Blissey Options - Part II

In the process of waiting for my 50 Chansey candies, I caught a wild Blissey.

So now my options for spending Chansey candy are:

Power up one or more of the following Blissey
(New) - Level 15, 38%/8ATK/9DEF/0STA/ZH/DG
(50 Candy would bring this to LV25/2129CP. Low IV, but higher CP than evolving one of the L20 Chansey, and a guaranteed great moveset.)

Level 32.5, 91IV,/11ATK/15DEF/15STA/ZH/DG
(30 Candy would max this out for me at LV34.5/2883CP. 20 would be left for something else.)

Level 31, 80IV/12ATK/13DEF/11STA/Pound/DG
(50 Candy would max this out at LV34.5/2881CP)

Level 30, 87IV/12ATK/13DEF/14STA/Pound/Psychic
(Not really a good option with Psychic...)

Evolve one of the following Chansey:
- 96%/15ATK/13DEF/15STA/ZH/DG.
- 86%/10ATK/14DEF/15STA/ZH/DG
- 93%/14ATK/14DEF/14STA/Pound/HB
