Blissey - one of the best Deoxys counters??

Blissey is rated as one of the best Deoxys counters. Can someone please explain why? (Blissey attack is quiite low as far as I know..)

Deoxys in pokebattler doesn't have the real stats yet, unless you think a single ttar will take it out in 60 sec.

Is that picture from the raid rankings? No listing for number of deaths. :-/ unless it is hidden in the black background. ... I didn't know we could change the background color... and why would you want to change it to a color that hides information?

Pokebattler has the real stats. OP isn't looking at the actual Deoxys raid guide, probably a custom raid but forgot to change the raid tier to 5.

Then this was changed very recently. A week ago it had atk=Def=1 in pokebattler and this is how the results looked like.
