Blissey evolve?

Just caught a 1881 blissey, first one Iv ever seen. It has 46% Ivs and zh/hb. Worth powering up? I have 20 candy and slowly walking a chancey. Chancey is very rare where I live but not sure if it's worth waiting for a better Iv one to the evolve or just power up this lucky catch

Keep it, you don't have enough candies to power up it. Until you get enough candies, if you get a high level Chansey, evolve it. If you didn't, consider just power the Blissey up, still a beast.

You can use the CP calculator to see how high you can get it with the candy you have available.

In the long run, higher IVs will be better, but if you have not gotten very many Chanseys then that might be a very long time.

as above, hold off until you either have the candy to power it straight to 30 or have caught something better/can evolve a better chansey. it's useless in it's current state but you will be kicking yourself if you get halfway and a better option comes along.
