He has another 98% IV Blissey, he put it in the same gym a few days ago.

Is he lucky ? or is that common in your area? Blisseys are not as common here since Valentines event didn't really rain Chanseys. Everyone has 1-2 maxed out that's it.

Lol my reaction is exactly like aSp's uh ok? Lol would demolish her w/ Nite, Tyrant, Champ, or Pyro.

There is a guy in my area that has 10+ accounts and is in 20 or so gyms all full of blesseys.
You can tell it is the same guy because he is not even trying to be coy with his trainer names.

So one guy with a couple of them maxed out would be welcomed.

and during that pink Chancey event I saw one in the wild. So , uh no way this dude is local.
