I just saw this move rating as A- is it that good, I wanted to tm my b/c gyarados should I or not?

B/C Gyarados is nice against Alakazam, Gengar, Lugia, Mew and Mewtwo. I wouldnt.

It is a good dark attacker against the psychic bosses with focus blast. That Gyarados moveset actually serves a purpose.
