One interesting metric I'd like to see implemented is the DPS per successful dodge cycle. Confusion is higher DPS but you cannot fit two in between a ZH for Blissey.
For those pokemon which firing twice between an enemy quick move is clearly impossible. E.g. Jolteon Volt Switch, perhaps a 'dodge one enemy move every other time but fit three volt switch DPS' can be used but then this gets clearly confusing and I'm not sure if trainers would actually do this in real life.
I'd imagine, the pokemon with the highest power moves that can fit in twice between an enemy quick move would be optimal. Dragon Tail off the top of my head should work quite well, along with most of the 12 power ones like ZH and Extrasensory.
