Best TM use on legacy moves mons?

This beast is about to be released!

My only Dragonite, I've been holding him for almost a year now. During that time I hoarded 800+ Dratini candy but I never got anything bigger than 88IV. I know is not the strongest Dragonite but I'm still extremely happy, specially since I'm in the minority team and it's impossible for me to hold a gym now for over 10 minutes. It feels like a big accomplishment for me. #humblebrag

What other mons with legacy moves can be combined with TM to make a new powerful moveset mon? Or even a cool trophy mon.

Lapras with Ice Shard/Hydropump
Gyarados with Dragon Breath/Outrage
Dragonite with Dragon Tail/Dragon Claw

My picks are:

Dragonite DT/DC It should provide higher DPS than DB/DC while being able to dodge better than DT/O.

Machamp Counter/Cross chop

It is tempting to get a DT/DC Dragonite but I am also hesitant to unlearn DB which is a legacy quick move.

I personally got Dragon Breath/Hurricane on my DB/Hyper Beam Dnite and am ecstatic, it is incredibly easy to dodge all.
