Best Rhydon moves vs Blissey and Snorlax
Read that ms/se is the one you want for Blissey. Same for snorlax?
Is it that much better than ms/e, rs/e, or rs/se?

Generally MS/SE is better as it is his highest dps moveset, but I think RS/SE would deal slightly higher dps against specifically snorlax and blissey or any other normal-type mons. http://pogomoves.com/check.php?lang=en&pkmn=Rhydon&basic=Rock+Smash&charge=Stone+Edge according to that reference, in general (no type advantage or disadvantage, in other words neutral), RS/SE would deal 92% the dps of MS/SE, this already includes the STAB on MS, if type advantage against normal type is included, the dps of RS/SE will increase since RS is fighting type which is super eff against normal type, so by rough estimation RS/SE would deal higher dps against normal-type mons than MS/SE. I hope this makes sense to you
Just no... STAB and SE have the same bonus, but MS is the higher DPS move, RS does have a sligthly lower cooldown so maybe... just maybe it could be better in that regard, but in the end, for either one you can only make one attack between the defender's attack if you want to dodge, so I don't get why that would be the case.
Edit... AND MS has higher EPS, so it will ceirtainly deal more damage in conjunnction with SE or EQ
The highest DPS one (MS/SE or MS/EQ), Rhydon's value against normal type defenders is the fact that it resists their attacks (at leas normal ones)... the best defensive Blissey and Snorlax use psychic attacks, so it might not resist their attacks after all, maybe when Medicham is introduced we can all stop worrying about blissey... but that's a long wait still.
Edit:
According to https://www.pokebattler.com/fights
They perform very similar vs a ZH/DG Blissey dodging specials (Specials Pro) only:
MS/EQ: 44 hp remaining, 78.8s
MS/SE: 48 hp remaining, 80.3s
RS/EQ: 48 hp remaining, 80.3s
RS/SE: 52 hp remaining, 75.2s
