Best Raid Scanner
With the day light savings shift and the shorter raid time windows raiding has become less enjoyable to play just be looking for raids from inside the game. It now takes more time to find fewer opportunities and I don't have the patience for it. Is there a scanner out there that is TOC safe that will tell you what Boss has spawn in locations in your area that are outside the game's range? Which one is the best?

Gymhuntr (gymhuntr.com) and Pokehunter (gyms.pokehunter.co) both give good results, although both can be a bit spotty at times. Together, I get fair coverage of the area around me with decent notification time.
AFAIK neither violates the TOC, but I'm no expert on that. YMMV. And here's another TLA just for fun.
