Best Quick Move to pair w/Solar and Brave Ho-Oh's?

I would generally think ES with B.B. and SW with SB. Even tho water resists steel wing, rock and ground don’t so it’s got better coverage against tyranitars (who resist es anyway) and golems/rhydons. Es goes well with B.B. when going up against machamps and has better general coverage. Ho-oh to me has monster base stats but is more of a generalist than a specialist, but his stats make him relevant regardless.

Too bad it cannot learn Sucker Punch as a fast move. I'd love a Sucker Ho.
