Best psychic attacker.
Who deal more DMG? PC/C and FS Alakazam or PC/C and Psychic Mewtwo. I know mewtwo has more attack stat, but alakazam have better charge move.

Only looking at DPS is wrong for several reasons - energy gain also matters for quick moves, charge move DPS on it's own is more or less meaningless because overall DPS from both moves is what's important, and some moves that do more total damage but take more time increase your overall DPS more than smaller damage but higher DPS moves such as Dynamic Punch vs Close Combat (or Cross Chop) on Machamp.
So for example, Razor Leaf and Petal Blizzard both do more DPS than Vine Whip and Solar Beam yet the highest damage moveset on a Venusaur is neither of the moves that have the highest DPS - it's Vine Whip + Solar Beam.
As for the original question, it seems that Mewtwo does more damage with Psychic than Alakazam with Future Sight, from a raid simulation vs Machamp on Pokebattler, Mewtwo does it in 126 seconds while Alakazam does it in 131.8
In terms of raid boss meta, I think both having Shadow Ball vs. Psychic moves is probably overall more useful...Mostly for Psychic boss types.
Against Mewtwo itself and Lugia, Shadow Ball is much more useful being a high damage (100 damage) move at 3.0 sec cooldown which is pretty good for a 100 damage move. Outrage is 110 and 3.9 CD, Dynamic Punch is 90 and 2.7CD...Avalanche is 90 and 2.7CD...
I'd say all those 2 bar moves above are the tier 1 or top moves for most of Pokemon Go...
Psybeam and Mirror Coat are lower damage and aren't very impressive...We can hope that Psychic gets changed BACK to 2 bars and half decent damage.
Zam has less HP than Espeon so is just hard to use against raid bosses vs. a much bulkier Mewtwo...
At the same level the difference is negligible when you eliminate the amount of energy generated by damage taken. This is because Mewtwo's attack stat makes confusion just a bit stronger to make up the difference between FS and Psychic over an entire move cycle.
There exists a short window after the first charge move until the second charge move that Zam moves just a touch ahead because of the damage taken energy gains. Since the second charge move will likely require less than 6-7 confusions to charge (but this might be mitigated by Mewtwo's lower defense, allowing for Psychic to get off sooner probably not quick enough to get an additional confusion though). However, it is unlikely that Zam will see a third charge move and Mewtwo would blow by him by laying down additional charge moves due to higher stamina.
So Zam is only a marginally better glass cannon, but probably not enough to justify using him over MewTwo.
