Best Pokemon to fight Blissey

Hi Everyone, this is a follow up question. Which one should I fight against Blissey? TBH, I don't really care about good IVs or not.

1) Flareon: 1894 CP, Fire Spin/Flamethrower
2) Dragonite: 1999 CP, Steel Wing/Hurricane
3) Dragonite: 2374 CP, Dragon Tail/Hyper Beam
4) Dragonite: 2534 CP, Dragon Tail/Outrage(bad iv)
5) Dragonite: 2614 CP, Dragon Tail/ Outrage(iv 68)
6) Tyranitar: 1874 CP, Bite/Stone Edge
7) Tyranitar: 2389 CP, Iron Tail/ Crunch
8) Tyranitar: 2768 CP, Bite/ Fire Blast(iv 100)
9) Machamp: 2150 CP, Bullet Punch/ Dynamic Punch
10) Gyarados: 2532 CP, Bite/Crunch
11) Magikarp: 174 CP, Splash/Struggle

Which one should I battle Blissey with/ power up? I don't have a lot of candy for Tyranitar(lucky to hatch a lot of 10Ks). I also don't have a lot of Stardust. Thanks!

5). Power this one up if you can.
If it faints, then follow up with any high dps mon to finish off.

6 is the best Blissey attacker and multiple Blissey killer you've listed. The investment coat is real though.
