Best pokemon for Excellent Throw Chaining

So I just got the make three excellent throws in a row research (pretty sure the only encounter can be larvitar) and was wondering what the best pokemon are for making the three in a row.

My research breakthrough's tomorrow, but I dont know if raikou/entei (dont know when it switches over) will be the best ones to try to get them on so im looking for what else I could use.

Any big raid Pokemon is good.

Raikou/entei, ttar, regirock, Machamp, are all pretty easy.

Also pretty easy on slowpoke I find, wailmer of course, and any pretty big Pokemon.

Nanabing the box rewards and using red balls is a good strategy.

I find Mr Mime and Tauros both to be easy excellents.

In Florida Heracross is one of the easiest to constantly hits excellent throws. The circle is huge. Then there is Wailmer and Ponyta.

Wailmer is really easy and most legendary Pokemon as well (especially the regi ones we've had this summer).
Mr. Mime is also easy to throw excellent at. Girafarig as well.

Machamp is my go to. The easiest tier 3 raid for me to do for a long time so I have had plenty of practice. Set the circle to the excellent size and wait for it to attack and then throw. Easy peasy.

Spheal - i've gotten very good at hitting excellents on them. no idea why they spawn in abundance around here.
Sentret -
Tauros & Ursaring - their circle is so big, it's hard not to hit excellent. and they jump out a lot. so you could finish the quest on 1 encounter.

if i can't find any of them... i just do a Tier 3 raid. Machamp is easiest.
