Best moveset for Exeggutor?
I have 4 kinds of Exeggutor. Which moveset wil be the most universal for both defense and attack. I want to create an army of universal HighCP fighters, but at all there is not enough stardust. Thank

I agree 100%! I have two Exeggutors with C/SoB and I really like them. They are a very good option against Blisseys and pretty good against Vaporeon too. I think the downside where you would prefer ES would be against 3000 plus Rhydons. You get a lot of damage with Confusion being so slow, SE hits fast and Rhydon won't be dead after the first SoB, so you will have to deal with the charge move. I prefer Vaporeon for those because Exeggutor is not that tanky, but still...for Blissey and Vaporeon to a lesser extent Confosion is great in my opinion plus the defensive benefit
I see a lot of people worrying about stone edge. It's easy to dodge if you do it the right way.
It's a 1-bar move, so although it's quick, it's also predictable.
As soon as you blast Rhydon with your charge move, start dodging BOTH quick and charge moves. Dodge everything. You will only get one confusion in-between each mud slap.
Once you dodge the Stone Edge, go back to spamming confusion without dodging. You most likely will kill it before having enough energy for a second solar beam, so you can use the second SB on the next oppponent.
C/SB deals the most overall damage and is suitable on both offense and defense.
E/SB is the second-best - high EPS and Extrasensory is reasonable on defense.
BS/SB generates the fastest energy which means the most Solar Beams, but I would only use it to attack things that are weak to grass (i.e. it's not as good as the other sets against Blissey, Snorlax, etc).
ZH/SB is fine and used to be the best attacking set due to its speed, but is now probably worse than any of the other combinations. I would only power it past level 30 if the IV was 95%+.
