Best evolution for low defence Eevee?

Hey guys! I caught an Eevee with CP 426, 15/15/5, and 77.8% overall. I don't know whether I should evolve it or not. I already own a really good Vaporeon + Jolteon (the only evolutions I own). Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should do with it?

15 attack is good to have on Espeon, and Espeon is arguably the most useful Eeveelution. So that’s my recommendation. If you don’t need another Espeon, save it for an evolution spree and then send it to the grinder

Thanks for the advice bud! I have a few other Eevees with 15 attack but better overall stats. It just seemed such a shame to get rid of a high atk stat Eevee (despite its low defence) considering I don't find many in my area. Guess I found my first Espeon lol

Is it lucky? After the Eevee event my friends and I traded Eevees back and forth to get luckys. Ended up with 11 before we maxed out trades for the day. 5 were about 89%. I'm gonna wait to see what Glaceon and Leafeon have to offer before trying to evolve.
