Best defensive moveset for wigglytuff?

According to https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/pokemon/40 four out of six movesets (FA/PR, FA/DG, Pound/PR and Pound/DG) are ranked A on defence, with the explanation that FA is slightly better than Pound. However, the Rating Explanation was written back when only Gen I was available and has not been updated since, so I would take it with a grain of salt.

FA/PR is the best. Followed closely by P/PR, FA/DG and P/DG. PR is always better because it is harder to dodge.
