Not a terrible idea or anything, but it would be a very large guide for a pretty small amount of information. Lots of Pokemon are also Multi-type (which puts some weaknesses ahead of others), and other Pokemon have moves that cover certain counters but don't cover others (For example, Groudon having Solarbeam would mean that you don't use Vaporeons - it having Fire Blast would mean you don't use Solarbeam mons). Weather is often a factor too, as I will prioritize Exeggcutors in Kyogre Raids with Clear weather, and Electric types in all other weather conditions.
Sometimes the question may be as simple as Exeggcutor having higher DPS than Rhydon against a Pokemon such as Golem, but it's often less cut-and-dry than that.
