Ok, one guy in my WhatsApp group chat texted us that a friend of his in another group got his account terminated. He showed us the email he got from naintic. So are they forgetting about the whole blacklist apps and just straight up banning accounts?

It looks like (from the screen shot provided) that they are looking at blacklisted apps as part of the process when considering banning.
They specifically mention apps as being part of the possible reason for this specific ban in question.
Blacklist apps...is just another way to say 'unapproved apps' - so they look at these and see if it warrants a ban.
Has you 'friend' already had a soft ban for using IV checking apps, or something else previously?

Since his not in my group chat I don't know his details but since almost everyone in my group chat uses iv checking apps without trouble then maybe that's not it. Personally I use the one in gamepress since it's the safest one. Regardless, thanks for the detailed answer. I was really curious about the black list and how it works. Thanks.
