It would be so close to the current list that making a separate one is hardly necessary. They should maybe denote the legacy moves on the list though.
In addition to the ones you mentioned, there's also Omastar and Ice Beam Lapras. Omastar drops off the list without legacy moves while the others just replace with their current best move.

Attacker by Type without Legendary and Legacy (Dragon Breath, Dragon Claw, Shadow Claw - don‘t know what else is not longer available), wouldn‘t that make sense?
