Articuno Power Up

Caught an 84% IV Articuno. Not exactly ideal but honestly I'm just happy I caught one. On Tuesday is this thing worth powering up to level 30 with rare candies? I say Tuesday because I was going to see if I could catch a better one by then. I have about 200 rare candies and the Articuno has 14 attack.

I'm Team Mystic and really like Articuno. I want to power mine up (only 84%) as well but I have to save my candies for other legendaries. Just how it is.

Heck yeah, power it up unless you have a Lugia you want to power up. Yesterday I caught a 93% Articuno and today another one got away so I would definitely wait until Tuesday.

I find Articuno harder than Lugia to catch because of the way it moves. Today half my balls missed because it dropped down or rose up just as I threw my ball.

I actually caught the first and only Lugia I have encountered but I am 2 for 6 on Articuno raids. He is definitely annoying to catch. I'm hoping for a 90% IV + one but again I'm just happy I caught one. I'll probably start powering him up next Tuesday.

I vote yes but the two other legendary birds coming out soon are gonna be just as, if not more useful. So if you'd rather have an electric or fire attacker wait, because Articunos main use is gonna be dragonite.
