Articuno Dilemma

Hello fellow trainers,

Sorry for another one of those power up related questions. My best articuno are:

1. CP 1655 (91%): 14A-15D-12S with Ice Beam

2. CP 1654 (87%): 15A-11D-13S with Blizzard

Which one should I power up? I am in need of a strong ice type attacker but I only have enough candies to power up one of them to level 30. #1 has higher overall IVs and a 2-bar charge move but #2 has 15 Attack IV with the faster charge move. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I'd power up the second. The attack and stamina can make more of a difference than those defense points which Articuno already has plenty of.

The second one - no need for defense. In the long run, the 87% one will have a higher CP.
