Are these two Pokemon worth powering up?

I have a 100% Exeggutor and a 100% Gyarados. I feel like thee are two Pokemon that are probably worth the dust to power up. The only thing really stopping me is the moves.

Exeggutor has Extrasensory/Seed Bomb
Gyarados has Bite/Crunch

Are these two worth the TM's to change their movesets to ideal ones? I know Crunch probably isn't bad but it's not very fun to use compared to hydro pump. What is the best way to deal with these two?

Ive been hunting a 100 gary for the longest. I would CTM till hydro pump and max it or till 30 at the very least. Thats what i did with my 15/14/15

If you are powering up the Gyarados, wait to TM it until after Mewtwo. B/C Gary should be a good choice for Focus Blast Mewtwo.

I got a 100% exeggutor a couple of months ago, and used TMs to the right move set. Now it's totally maxed out. Im level 38, and Im really happy I did it.

yes ofcourse exeggutor is still the most strongest grass type in the current meta. with confusion and solar beam dominate all. but extrassensry still good it still dominate vape raids and suicons raids with solar beam. power up that 100iv baby

gyaradous scan still be a good mewtwo raid counter thou. with that moveset bite and crunch you can still accumulate more damage even without stab. but that is just my own perpective on how i see it. you can change it to hydro pump still worth it to power up thou.

I luckily have a 100 gyarados and I felt compelled to max it out with bite hydro pump. I'm at level 38 so he's maxed to the current fullest at 3234. People say dragon tail is better than bite but I like bites shorter cool down and typing.
