Are there fewer raids these days?
Has anyone noticed that there aren't as many raids nowadays? Not just because it gets dark sooner, but even in the daytime? Lately I have been missing out on doing any raids on my workdays (there is a gym within easy walking distance where I like to go on my break, but it hasn't had any raids!). And even on my days off, when I can monitor 6 gyms from the small town park where I usually walk, I have seen very few raids. Am I imagining things or have others noticed the same?

P.S. Niantic, this is no way to sell premium raid passes... I can't even use all my free ones!

The ... density (?) of raids seems to fluctuate day to day. Sometimes there are hardly any all day long. Other times there are more raids than anyone could possibly want to do.
Today there was a time where out of the twenty-something gyms across town, at least a dozen probably had raids going, plus several more eggs waiting. Out of those, there were two T5 raids and a third T5 egg (I think the first ended by the time the egg hatched).
I have been having a similar thought lately.
Rather than choosing my target for a daily raid, I have been resorting to taking whatever is available at the time.
As mentioned above, I too have noticed fluctuations, but the last few days have all seen the lower end of the scale, in regards to number of raids available. And they do seem to be ending earlier.
I hope we see a change as we approach our summer months.
I don't think there are less Raids. I think the Raids are more clustered lately. Two days ago, 5 gyms in my work area had raids within 30 min of each other (including 2 Raikou's), then there were no raids before I left to go home for the day. Today it was similar, 5 raids within 2 hours, 2 Raikou's again. Over the last few weeks, there has been about 5 raids a day on average, but it was normally more spread out.
Maybe it's similar in your area?
