are ex raid gyms still locked?

are gyms still locked from further raiding between the time passes are handed out and the time of an ex raid?

Yep. When invites are sent out, there will be no more raid on that gym until Mewtwo raid.

What was really cool (not) was that in my town the 1 gym that had an ex raid for a werk was the same one that got an ex raid the next week. So, you guessed it, the only people invited to the second one were the people who did the first one.

yeah you gotta love that b.s., yes, i'm salty because today there was a lock down in bryant park and there is another on the 11th one gym over. I didn't get either passes and I raid there every day. I just haven't figured it out.
