arcanine vs flareon
So lots of the posts here was suggesting flareon as a good attacker for blessy ( fs /oh) but flareon is so low on hp and generally weak specially the current bug after many attempts I got myself an arcanine with (Ff/Fb) wont it be better ? I have a flareon with those moves , but due to low potions I prefer to have multiple both IV is around 80 , arcanine is lvl 28 flareon is lvl 23

In theory yes, but it is really hard to dodge with fire spin, so depends on you. In my opinion flareon is like a alakazam with confusion, even being the best on the paper it is hard to use (it is a little extreme example). If you don't dodge any hit flareon is better, but if you wan't to dodge arcanine is better (considering the fire blast versions).
Flareon all the way. The key with him is dodging... yes he's not easy to dodge with but if you get used to his cool down he's a beast. I just took down a 2800 snorlax w L/HB and a 2600 blissy (got him down to about 20% before I ran out of health) and used dragonite to finish him keep in mind that's battling two big defenders.
