Arcanine 93% percect, bite/fire blast

I have a Arcanine 93% perfect, 900CP and bite/fire blast. I'm thinking if is a good idea use stardusts in this pokemon or is better wait for a fire fang/fire blast.
What you guys can tell me abaut this question? Is a good idea spend stardusts in this arcanine?

Wait for a better and eventually higher CP one, do not waste candies

Yeah the IV is nice but both for attacking as defending Fire Fang would be much better. Also 900 CP is very low so I'd definately wait for a better one.
Still a very good 'mon to train against Hypno's or grass pokemon I suppose.
