Appraisal trick no longer works?

I noticed that the trick to skip the appraisal tapping the screen of my phone with 5 fingers at a time is no longer working. Has it to do with my phone or is everybody else experiencing the same? It was a lot of time saved while appraising your catches :(

Word is all the multitouch gestures seem to be gone.

The only multi touch that I can get to work is the multi heal...but the best I can do is revive/potion 2 mons at a time.
I used to be able to do a full line of 3 heals in a single touch, but all I can do now is a dbl revive/potion.

Gone are (as far as I can tell)...

I think they disabled multi-touch features to fix the multi-power up exploit.

I think so as well. But surely they could have just removed that one and kept the others. It was very useful to skip in appraisal and to heal/revive several Pokemons at once.

Healing is still there for multituch. Everything else is gone
