anyway to change my ex pass to a future battle?
hi guys, quick question here. i finally managed to get an ex raid pass, but i cannot at the moment attend it, since i have a regular job, from 9 to 5, and the battle is on february 6, 3pm. a wednesday. is there anyway to get in touch with niantic, with a complaint ticket or something like it, and have my ex pass changed to a future date? i dont know if there's a way to do this and i dont think anyone have ever try something like it. i just need to know if theres any chance of this work. its really frustating you know, i've been trying to get a dumb ass ex raid pass for the last 2 weeks and now that i receive one, its on a stupid date like this, a freaking wednesday 3pm, its absolutly ridiculous. thanks in advance!

Unfortunately no.
One thing I have done when unable to attend an EX raid is give my account to a friend I trust, several people in my area I have known IRL and have given my account to in the past for EX raids, but that's not something i'd recommend doing first. What I recommend doing more is seeing if theres another EX raid at a time you are able to attend and an ultra/best friend is able to invite you (I dont know how many EX gyms you have around you, so this may or may not be an option). Other than that, there isnt much you are able to do, unfortunately.
I know it’s frustrating, I got one for Mewtwo before when I was on vacation in California. I had the pass for a gym where I lived but had to miss because of my vacation.
On the bright side, you aren’t missing much. Deoxys-A Forme is very, very, very fragile and serves no use in Gym/Raid Battles. It’s somewhat of a novelty pokemon. I just got mine and tested in PVP and it’s very weak (died to Aerodactyl with Steel Wing in 7 seconds.)
Your best course of action is to ask your boss if you can either come in early one day, or stay later some other day. Say you have something going on at 3 and make a nice sweet lie if you really want Deoxys.
If you can’t go, you aren’t missing much, althought I understand how frustrating it is. I hope you can find a way to get it though!
Nope. The time you get given is the time your raid is, no wiggle room whatsoever. Last year I had to take time off of work to attend pretty much every EX raid I got.
The good thing about Deoxys-A is that it can be soloed, so if you show up towards the end of the raid timer you don't need to stress about other people being there. Review the guide here for your best counters and go to town if you can swing it.
